LoafGuard Refund Policy

At LoafGuard, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and hassle-free.


How Refunds Work

To qualify for a refund, the product must be physically returned to one of our warehouses. Refunds are only processed after we have received and inspected your returned item. Simply requesting a refund does not guarantee one — we must have the product back in our possession first.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected

How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@loafguard.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and next steps. Once you ship the item back, please allow time for delivery to our warehouse plus 3–5 business days for inspection.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery to our warehouse.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To be clear: Refunds are only issued after we have physically received and inspected the returned product.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary
  3. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@loafguard.com and we'll assist you immediately
